All of our drop-in classes include learning a routine that can be performed at one of our final events. If you are just joining the class for fun and not performing with us, you are also welcome!
LEVEL 1: MONDAY 18.30 – 19.30
Burlesque for beginners. In this class we will cover all the classic burlesque moves, steps, poses and give an introduction to history, costumes, expression and posture.
What we learn in this class will be incorporated into a routine with a theme. Perfect for those who want to start burlesque or brush up on the basics!

This year’s annual SO36 takeover brings you Tipsy Bear Berlin’s event of the year. For one unforgettable night, the Tipsy Bear family takes over the iconic hall of SO36 for a full-scale celebration of queer joy, creativity, and chosen family.
At the heart of the evening, four resident Tipsy Bear shows go head-to-head, each bringing their very best to compete for the coveted title of Tipsy Bear Pageant 2026 Winner. Expect high-stakes runway moments, explosive group performances, and unapologetic artistry as these collectives battle it out for the title and the glory.
With over 20 performers lighting up the stage, the lineup brings together a wide range of gender-bending Tipsy Bear talent — from drag kings and queens, to burlesque and boundary-pushing queer performance. While no single show can capture it all, this night reflects the diversity, self expression, and spirit that defines Tipsy Bear.
And it wouldn’t be Tipsy Bear without the community taking centre stage too! The night kicks off with a pre-show karaoke showcase and ends with an audience lip sync battle, giving everyone the chance to step into the spotlight and be part of the extravaganza.
Big performances, big feelings, and a whole lot of fun — this is more than a show - it’s a family gathering, a pageant, and a party all rolled into one! Come for the competition, stay for the chaos, and help us crown the next Tipsy Bear Pageant winner.

Hosting Siblinx FLINTA Open Mic
Siblinx started out as a FLINTA*-community space at Tipsy Bear Berlin in July 2020 and has since grown into a monthly open mic night hosted by co-founder Foxglove and Lau Klinger.
Bring your words, your ukulele, your triangle, your stories and your interpretative dance routines! This is a night for FLINTA* people to shine and be celebrated**
What is FLINTA*?
FLINTA* is a German-language acronym which stands for women, lesbians, intersex, non-binary, trans and agender people. It encompasses people of marginalised genders, who experience exclusion, harassment or other forms of discrimination in both mainstream and queer spaces.
